A trip is not complete without watching the water bodies fill up! I have said this before and I will say it again. Watching the storm water drain pour out into Aanandaa, and seeing the water meander through the property and fill up the various ponds and pools, is by far the most fulfilling sight in the world!
In complete contrast to the unruly flooding we witnessed when we first started working on this land, our water management has been quite extra ordinary (even if I say so myself!). Not only does the water not cause any damage to the plants or crops, we slow down and store almost every drop of water that lands on our property!
